At Creative.Lighting, we want your space to shine perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective internal padding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the fixture for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
